We are aware of a problem with the NC1 node. The datacenter is experiencing significant electrical problems and is affecting all services that are running in the datacenter. Right now, the issue is also causing temperature loads to increase to an unsafe level, and they are keeping services powered down to prevent damage. They have vendors on site to work on the problems with the datacenter. There is no ETA at this time.
